Recently Boxer celebrated the successful completion of the 2025-2026 Retail Management Programme, recognising our Operations Graduates and In-Store Trainees for their commitment, resilience and dedication throughout their training journey.

We're especially proud that every trainee has now been promoted to Assistant Manager roles across various Boxer stores – a testament to their hard work and the strength of developing talent from within.

This programme equips our people with the practical skills, operational knowledge and leadership capabilities needed to deliver exceptional service while strengthening our leadership pipeline and supporting long-term business growth.
