Boxer continues to invest in the future of our communities through initiatives that create lasting impact. This past month, we proudly celebrated the opening of two new School Recycling Centres at Tshiluvhi Primary School in Thohoyandou and Ilinge High School in Vosloorus. The projects were enthusiastically welcomed by learners, teachers, community leaders, and local councillors, all of whom recognised the positive difference these centres will make. More than just recycling facilities, the centres provide practical opportunities for learners to develop environmental awareness, learn responsible waste management practices, and contribute to cleaner, healthier communities. An important benefit of the programme is its ability to generate a sustainable income stream for participating schools, creating long-term value while empowering learners with skills that can benefit them well into the future. These recycling centres form part of Boxer’s ongoing commitment to education, sustainability, and community upliftment, helping to inspire the next generation of environmental champions.
